Our Veterinary Services

Veterinary Services & Diagnostics

  • Dental Care for Pets
Good dental health is essential for your pet's overall wellbeing. We offer comprehensive dental care, including check-ups, scale and polishing, extractions and gingivitis treatment. Dental disease can cause pain, discomfort and lead to serious health issues if left untreated.
If your pet has bad breath, trouble eating, reluctancy to eat, inflamed gums or is showing signs of general discomfort it might be time for a dental check.
  • General Health Checks
Comprehensive wellness check that assesses your pet's health and identifies any potential issues. We offer general health assessments along with other routine services such as nail trims and anal gland expression. These quick but important appointments help keep your pet comfortable, prevent problems and give you peace of mind between major visits.
  •  Nail Trimming

We offer nail trims at affordable prices. Overgrown nails can cause pain, affect posture and lead to injuries due to the nail growing into the paws or causing instability. Some pets have what are generally referred to as "long quicks", meaning it isn't possible to trim normally - it may be worth asking about using a Dremel under sedation to be able to take their nails back further.
  • Vaccinations
Keeping your pets up to date with their vaccinations is one of the most important steps in protecting them from serious and potentially life threatening diseases.
  • Routine & Advanced Surgery

We are equipped to do a wide range of surgical procedures, from routine desexing to more complex soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries. Your pet's safety is our top priority. We use modern equipment, strict monitoring protocols and tailored pain management plans to ensure the best possible care before, during and after surgery. Our team is always happy to talk you through the process and answer any questions you may have.
  • Radiographs (X-ray)

We are equipped with a modern digital X-ray machine to see what is going on beneath the surface: from broken bones to swallowed toys, the X-ray helps us make informed decisions with minimal stress and discomfort to the patient.
  • Ultrasonography
Ultrasound allows us to take a closer look at your pet's internal organs in real time, helping us to diagnose conditions that are unable to be seen on x-ray. It is a gentle and non-invasive way to examine the heart, abdomen and other soft tissues, as well as confirming and monitoring pregnancies.
  • BAER Hearing Tests
If you've noticed changes in your pet's response to sound, a hearing test can help identify any issues early. We offer hearing assessments using safe methods to check for signs of hearing loss or underlying hearing problems. Whether it's  an age-related change or something more serious, we are here to help you understand what's going on and support your pet's quality of life.
  • Artificial Insemination
We also offer artificial insemination services to support breeding under safe, controlled conditions. We are equipped for fresh semen procedures and can assist with timing, collection, insemination, monitoring, pregnancy confirmation, progesterone testing and caesareans. We work closely with breeders to maximise success rates while prioritising the health and wellbeing of our patients.
  • In-House Blood, Urine & Faecal testing
Our clinic is fully equipped for in-house blood, urine and faecal testing, allowing us to quickly assess your pet's health and diagnose potential issues. These tests help diagnose infections, organ function problems, intestinal parasites, digestive issues and more. With most tests we can provide same day results.
  • ECG (Electrocardiogram)
An ECG is a simple, non-invasive test that measures your pet's heart rhythm and electrical activity. We use ECGs to detect arrhythmias, monitor heart conditions or for pre-surgical assessment. It is a quick and painless way to gain valuable insight into how your pet's heart is functioning, so that we can provide the best possible care for your pet's cardiovascular health.
